Your Event’s Engine: Our New Agenda
When faced with the task of redesigning our agenda, we made a decision to create the best tool in the industry. After all, the agenda is the engine of an event, yet few companies give this essential feature the love that it deserves. We wanted to change that and so we redesigned our platform to blaze past the status quo.
Over the next few months, we will be unveiling our new event agenda tool. The new tool will deliver an unprecedented experience with its brand new design, attendee engagement improvements, actionable & accessible insights and a new user interface that’s easier than ever to use.
Here’s a look at just three of these upgrades:
- Attendees will be able to rate & provide session reviews
- Organizers will be able to create custom filters and tags
- Organizers will be able to make bulk actions when building the agenda
Stay in Your Lane: GDPR Compliance
In April 2016, the European Parliament and Council passed the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). In May of 2018, this new legislation that regulates how companies protect EU citizens’ personal data will fully take effect. Here at Bizzabo, we are implementing data protection policies to ensure GDPR compliance for all of our customers at Bizzabo. With Bizzabo’s latest registration upgrades, you can now cater to a variety of attendees and event needs. Soon you will be able to create a fixed price promo code or create bulk and group promo codes.
These features give you even more flexibility when it comes to pricing your tickets, building your ticketing plan and ensuring that you are able to pack out the house by targeting the specific needs of each potential attendee.
Pole Position: Mobile App Excellence
After the successful launch of our new app, we’ve dedicated this past quarter to taking the aspects surrounding the app to pole position. We’re all about ensuring that your app experience is nothing short of incredible. The app is a vital element of your event machine and therefore we want you to have the tools to analyze the data and create an amazing user experience
Some of the most exciting enhancements include:
- New mobile analytics that give organizers increased visibility into how attendees are using the mobile app
- Passwordless login flow that streamlines the attendee experience
- Advanced mobile experience that includes specific polls per sessions, the ability to search for sessions within the agenda and session ratings
