Bizzabo a Leader in Forrester Wave™: B2B Event Management Tech Q1 2023

Learn how, out of 14 vendors evaluated, Bizzabo was one of only four named a Leader in The Forrester Wave™: B2B Event Management Technology, Q1 2023.

Today, we’re incredibly excited to share that Bizzabo has been recognized as a Leader in The Forrester Wave™: B2B Event Management Technology, Q1 2023 report.

Forrester is a leading global research and advisory firm providing insights for organizations and businesses worldwide. The Forrester Wave: B2B Event Management Technology, Q1 2023 report evaluates the 14 most significant B2B event management vendors to help marketing professionals select the best solution for their needs.

During the past six months, each vendor was evaluated on 28 different criteria, grouped into three high-level categories: 

  1. Current Offering
  2. Strategy
  3. Market Presence

Out of 14 vendors evaluated in the report, only four were named a Leader.

In Bizzabo’s vendor profile, the Forrester report recognized Bizzabo’s “superior roadmap and vision that includes continued expansion of its wearable tech capabilities and building new ways to connect audiences.”

Additionally, Forrester said, “Bizzabo has one of the most complete offerings in the market. Its wearable tech, event engagement capabilities, mobile app, and day-of-show support are among the best. … For marketers at mid to large enterprises managing significant event budgets and with a range of complex event requirements, Bizzabo represents a standout option.”

In Forrester’s evaluation, Bizzabo received the highest scores possible across eight criteria, including the following:

  • Event Registration & Management
  • Event Engagement
  • Event Consultancy & Design
  • Execution Roadmap

Event technology needs have changed meaningfully over the last few years as in-person conferences return and virtual and hybrid experiences are normalized.

In November 2022, Bizzabo launched Klik Experiential, a new smart wearables offering to provide upgraded networking opportunities, unique in-person experiences, and more powerful behavioral data for sponsors and partners.
