LAS VEGAS (October 12, 2026) Bizzabo today unveiled its Agentic Operating System for Events, introducing purpose-built AI agents that work across the event lifecycle, learn from a team’s event history, and turn repetitive work into ready-to-approve action. This week, Bizzabo will preview the agents at IMEX America in Las Vegas, at their booth C5004 in the Mandalay Bay Convention Center.
Much of the industry's answer to AI has been to open event data to external models via connectors and leave event teams to build the intelligence on top of it. That shifts the work, the cost, and the risk onto teams that are already stretched for time and resources. Bizzabo took the opposite approach: purpose-built agents built inside the platform, working from the team's own event history, under the permissions that already govern its data. Organizers approve every change the agents make before it goes live.
Existing customers can get early access to the first agents this fall, with the full system rolling out through early 2027.
What the AI agents do
- Website Designer lets organizers chat with their event website and watch changes come to life. Every edit stays on brand.
- Setup Reviewer runs a pre-launch health check that catches errors before attendees ever see them.
- Content Manager builds and updates event schedules from a prompt, reducing hours of manual setup.
- Audience Manager identifies the right audience segments and re-engages them, such as past attendees who haven't registered yet.
- Event Analyst reads registration pacing against the team's past events and proposes the next move, ready for approval.
Generic AI starts with a prompt. Bizzabo's agents start with context
Every agent draws on the same context: a team's own event history, unified in one system across the website, registration, marketing, content, onsite, and every event in the portfolio. For example, the Website Designer works from the team's brand guidelines. The Event Analyst measures pacing against the team's own past events, not an industry average. The Audience Manager can identify past attendees who haven't yet registered. That context deepens with every event a team runs, so the agents become more useful over time.
Humans stay in control
Event teams told Bizzabo they want AI to prepare, draft, analyze, and recommend, without giving up control. Bizzabo's agents are designed around that principle.
Agents operate within the platform's existing roles and permissions, and nothing they change goes live until a person approves it. Because the agents are native to Bizzabo, there's no separate third-party AI tool to procure and review before a team can start.
“Event teams shouldn't have to become AI engineers to benefit from AI,” said Alon Alroy, Co-Founder and CMO of Bizzabo. “The intelligence should already understand their events, their audiences, and the way they work. That's what we're building: agents that take on the busywork, get smarter with the context of every event, and keep people firmly in control. The result is more time for the work only event professionals can do.”
