Bizzabo Named to Inc. Magazine’s 2022 Best Workplaces

Bizzabo Among Best Workplaces on Inc. Magazine’s Annual List and Ranks Among the Highest-Scoring Businesses for 2022.

We’re thrilled to announce that Bizzabo has been named to Inc. Magazine’s annual Best Workplaces list and ranks among the highest-scoring businesses for 2022.

The Best Workplaces list recognizes businesses that set the standard for workplace success through exemplary company culture, standout worker benefits, and the prioritization of employee well-being.

The Best Workplaces awards will be featured in the May/June 2022 issue — hitting newsstands on May 17, 2022 — and prominently featured on Inc.com

“Not long ago, the term ‘best workplace’ would have conjured up images of open-office designs with stocked snack fridges,” said Inc. Editor-in-Chief Scott Omelianuk. “Yet, given the widespread adoption of remote work, the workplace concept has shifted. This year, Inc. has recognized the organizations dedicated to redefining and enriching the workplace in the face of the pandemic.”

Best Workplaces is the result of a comprehensive measurement of U.S.-based companies that have excelled in creating exceptional workplaces and company culture, whether operating in a physical or virtual capacity. After collecting data from thousands of submissions, Inc. selected 475 honorees for 2022.

Each nominated company took part in an employee survey conducted by Quantum Workplace, which included questions about management effectiveness, perks, fostering employee growth, and overall company culture. Benefits were also audited to determine overall scores and ranking.

“Since the beginning, Bizzabo’s mission has been to bring people together — and that extends to our employees as well. Our greatest strength is our people, and our unwavering belief that we are #BetterTogether,” said Eran Ben-Shushan, co-founder and CEO of Bizzabo. “It’s incredibly meaningful to be recognized by Inc. as we continue to grow rapidly and embrace a hybrid-first work model.”

Inc. Best Workplaces: How Bizzabo Does It

Bizzabo has more than 400 employees in its offices in New York, Tel-Aviv, Kyiv, Montreal, London, and 15+ remote locations around the world. We’re dedicated to ensuring equity in the workplace and fostering a diverse, inclusive environment where every voice is heard and everyone belongs.

To ensure that we are integrating our values into all that we do, we strive to set a strong foundation for each new employee and continue to help them grow from there. For example, Bizzabo devotes a meaningful amount of time to training and enrichment, including two weeks of onboarding for new employees as well as additional training days each year.

When events went hybrid, so did our work environment. We've adopted a remote-friendly, hybrid model for our workforce and offer a stipend for remote employees to get their home office up and running. We encourage our team to gather in-person — without any requirements about how often that happens.

Bizzabo’s culture prioritizes the human aspect and, in this new hybrid environment, we have made great strides to remain connected and healthy in mind and body. We offer employees a comprehensive insurance package with a zero out-of-pocket cost option and unlimited membership to online mental health counseling.

Additionally, we offer quarterly mental health days, generous paid time off, and company-wide BizzaBreaks on the first Friday of every quarter where we encourage our employees to take the day off to recharge.
