Though the summer has been cooling down, our new features have been heating up! We’re excited to release brand new capabilities and features, from allowing attendees to pay by invoice to creating “Apply to Attend” forms and more. Here it goes!

More Payment Options = More Tickets!

You now have the ability to invoice attendees and enable them to pay offline via check or wire.  This helps you to gather payments the way that works best for you and your attendees.  Sounds like something perfect for your event?  Reach out to our customer success team to learn more!

Better Teamwork

Your efficiency is about to double (or triple, or quadruple)!  Now, multiple team members can access and edit different parts of your event at the same time. For example, one team member can edit the agenda while a colleague is working on making changes to the website.

Collect Emails with Forms

Whether you want prospective attendees to apply to attend your event, sign up for a newsletter, or to be notified when ticket sales are open, you can make a form for it!  Easily customize the fields you want from your attendees to easily track and reach out to them.

New Speaker Management Options

We know it can be a hassle to upload all of your speakers- so we made a dedicated “Manage Speakers” tab to let you do this in a jiffy!  You can even do a bulk upload of speakers or search in the LinkedIn database to pull in all the information you need instantly.  Eager to get your event website up and running?  You can now upload speakers straight from the web editor!

More Customization to Your Event Website

Have an event video to display? Want an Instagram feed to update in real-time?  With the new Code Element, you can embed services that require javascript to run!  Not only that, you can edit the colors of each element and its buttons as well as upload your own favicon (that adorable little icon on the site tab of your browser).

Boost Those Ticket Sales

Our new social referral feature, Ticket Boost, helps you encourage attendees to share your event with their networks by letting attendees share a discount with their colleagues and also receiving money back from their own ticket with each successful referral.  Not only that, but you can track the clicks and conversions of each share.  It’s a win-win-win for everyone!

Say hello to the 5-minute session!  You can easily include your session intros, short pitches, and more into these bite-sized yet important segments in your agenda. We know you’ve been waiting for this one 🙂

In addition there are a few other updates you might want to take advantages of!  Our analytics dashboard now displays even more data including gross revenue, total registrations, and total revenue from promotions.  Plus, your event can make an even bigger splash on social media with new social share icons embedded right on your event site.
