Bizzabo is Born
In 2012, our founders, Eran, Alon, and Boaz were working on a startup and attending a lot of events. They saw an opportunity to bring attendees together, and realized that just the beginning. The future was connecting every aspect of the event lifecycle.
Solving a Bigger Problem
Bizzabo recognized a need for a modern and comprehensive solution. So we built the Event Success Platform to solve event planners’ most pressing challenges surrounding their Return on Events (RoE).
Planting the Seed
Bizzabo secures our first round of funding from Pilot Growth Equity and Maor Investments. The future of events gets a $15 million dollar investment.
Bizzabo secures our second round of funding with a $27 million dollar investment led by Viola Growth, along with Next47, Maor Investments, and Pilot Growth.
Giving Bizzabo a Voice
Bizzabo launches our official IN-PERSON Podcast, sharing the stories of the most daring events and the talented organizers behind them.
A $138M Investment
Insight Partners leads our $138 million round of funding as an investment in Bizzabo and the hybrid future of events, along with previous backers Viola Growth, Next47, and OurCrowd.
Expanding Our Footprint
In 2021, we officially opened our third office in Kyiv, Ukraine while hiring remote Bizzaboers around the globe. Though this may be the end of the timeline, it's just the beginning of the next era of events.
