Senior Product Manager - Israel

We are looking for a senior product management professional to help us take Bizzabo to the next level.

  • You will work closely with our design, engineering, and leadership team to propose, develop, and launch new and differentiating experiences for our users and customers. We’re looking for candidates with a strong aptitude for idea generation, and the ability to work with the subtleties of experience design, data-driven consumer products and data-driven iteration. You will Lead the full product lifecycle – from ideation, design, requirements definition, through to delivery – collaborating with teams across the organization. Communicate a clear set of customer needs at all times to drive key trade-offs.

  • As such, the ideal candidate will exhibit a deep understanding of user experiences in mobile and web, features design, analytics tools, and technical knowledge.


  • * Experience managing a B2C and B2B product or program from the concept stage to launch
  • * Strong track record of developing and launching products
  • * Significant design experience and experience driving and working with design team.
  • * Ability to prioritize competing opportunities, balance market needs with business priorities, drive detailed trade-offs over the product lifecycle, manage conflict, and articulate the rationale behind decisions.
  • * Broad experience across Mobile (iOS, Android - phones and tablets all required) and Web.
  • * Bachelor's degree within a technical or design degree discipline.
  • * 5+ years of experience with product management and experience with a Global company

Front-End Web Developer - Israel

We are looking for a brilliant individual with excellent knowledge of web technologies to join our core R&D team.

Desired Skills & Experience - Must:

  • * In-depth knowledge of web technologies: Node.JS, HTML5, Javascript, CSS3.

NYC Marketing & Sales Specialist

We are looking for a sales and marketing rock star to join us and be part of our awesome NYC team. We’re looking for someone who is a ‘people person’ and is passionate to be part of a rapidly growing startup. The Sales & Marketing Specialist’s primary mission is to grow our footprint within trade organizations, professional associations, media companies, and large corporations. To achieve this, you will be in charge of initiating, developing and maintaining relationships with key accounts from all over the world. The ideal candidate will have successfully sourced and closed deals in a B2B sales environment with a preference for those who have previously worked with technology companies.

Duties and responsibilities

  • * Research trade show and events sectors to develop target B2B prospect list
  • * Work with marketing / sales team to A/B test email marketing templates
  • * Identify and initiate outbound cold calls to potential clients
  • * Conduct demos and answer client questions as part of sales process
  • * Act as account / relationship manager
  • * Partner with Co-Founder to streamline marketing process and create efficiencies
  • * Develop best practices for successfully identifying prospects, closing business, and on-boarding new clients
  • * Attend tech meetups, conferences and meetings
  • * Contact customers via phone and email to assess customer satisfaction
  • * Manage data within Sales CRMs and other automated marketing software
  • * Drive full lifecycle sales processes, spanning from initial contact and conversations to web demonstrations, and closing/contract negotiation


  • * Up to 3 years professional work experience; in B2B Sales, Marketing or Business Development related roles
  • * Bachelor’s degree with focus in Business, Marketing/Advertising, or another related degree is preferred
  • * Previous experience with either Sales CRMs and/or Direct Marketing is a must
  • * Self-starter with boundless energy and enthusiasm
  • * Exceptional communication skills in written and verbal format
  • * Basic proficiency with Internet technology, office productivity tools (Excel, PowerPoint, etc) and Social Media
  • * Experience from the events industry is a big plus
